Very dry sandwiches which tasted of ones that has been left out for a while. Once the sandwiches arrived it was noticeable that they had been sitting around for a long time. We were then told that as the sandwiches are ordered and not made on site, these can't be swapped out for the veg ones. (No messaged back to say this was the case). Once these arrived the sandwiches followed, we had in time requested a non meat selection which they said hadn't been requested as were had been past our cut off. We were seated at our table and our drinks orders were taken. the minute we entered the place was ice cold (no heating was working). The entrance and beginning actors were all very promising and gained our confidence that this will be a lovely experience as read in the some reviews. We had booked this after seeing reviews for a birthday treat. It's a real shame that this is what is representing this business.
